Medication Management / Follow Ups
This service is for existing patients.
Medication management or follow up visits consist of a review of present symptoms, effectiveness of treatment, and any current psychiatric and/or medical history that needs to be updated. Collection of labs and various referrals may also be completed if needed. The follow-up plan or treatment plan may be adjusted and updated, when warranted.
